    62-761.800Out-of-Service and Closure Requirements

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 06, 2018, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for waiving out-of-service requirements for 4300 Ravenswood, LLC. The petition requested a waiver from paragraph 62-761.800(1)(e), F.A.C., which states that storage tank systems with secondary containment shall only be designated as out-of-service for a maximum of 10 continuous years. Upon expiration of this time period, the storage tank system must be closed in accordance with paragraph 62-761.800(2)(b), F.A.C. The 12,000-gallon secondarily contained underground storage tank has been out-of-service greater than 14 continuous years, and is requesting a waiver of the rule to be placed back into service. The proposed storage tank facility is located at 4300 Ravenswood Road, Dania Beach, Florida 33312, in Broward County. The petition has been assigned File No. DWM FACID 06/8622379 and OGC File No. 18-0192.
