NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Psychology has received the petition for declaratory statement from Diana M. Trevouledes, Ph.D. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 490.003; paragraph 490.014(1)(a) and subsection (5), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.
The petition was filed on March 28, 2019. Petitioner request that the Florida Board of Psychology issue a declaratory statement regarding supervision requirements for non-licensed clinical volunteers. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
