    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 8, 2019, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Nuclear Science at 1929 Stadium Rd, Gainesville, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of Rules 2.2.2.6 and 2.8.5, ASME A17.1, 2013 edition, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires covered sump pumps that are secure and level with the floor and air conditioning equipment not be located directly over elevator equipment which poses a significant hardship. Any interested person may file comments within 5 days of the publication of this notice with Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1013 (VW2019-062).
