    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Nursing has received the petition for declaratory statement from Rebecca Springer, on March 28, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 464, F.S. as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board as to whether it is within the scope of Chapter 464 for a Registered Nurse to push Propofol/Diprivan in an emergency or life threatening situation.
