NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Accurate Title Group, LLC on January 8, 2019. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of paragraph 475.611(1)(e) and Section 475.612, Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioner requests a determination that evaluations to be performed by its non-appraiser employees and contractors are not appraisal reports under paragraph 475.611(1)(e) and Section 475.612, Florida Statutes, and therefore can be developed by Petitioner’s non-appraiser employees and contractors. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
