Board of Massage TherapyThe Board of Massage Therapy hereby gives notice that on March 26, 2013, it received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by John Thomas Sweeney Jr., LMT. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to whether Iontophoresis is within the scope of practice for a licensed massage therapist. The Board will address this petition at its next meeting.
