NOTICE OF PETITION FOR VARIANCE/WAIVER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on April 8, 2016, the Board of Massage Therapy received an emergency petition from Jennifer Rubinstein, seeking a variance of 120.542, Florida Statutes, to apply for a license and practice massage in the State of Florida. The petition will be heard by the Board at its April 22, 2016 meeting by teleconference to establish if an emergency exists. Comments on this petition should be filed with the Board of Massage Therapy, 4052 Bald Cypress Way, Bin #C06, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-3258, within 5 days of publication of this notice.
