PROJECT: Lovers Key State Park New Visitors Center
Owen-Ames-Kimball is proudly the Construction Manager serving the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for construction of the upcoming New Visitors Center at Lovers Key State Park. The project will consist of approximately 7,000 SF of building which includes an elevated deck, classrooms, restrooms, parking, and utilities. The design is by Sweet-Sparkman Architects, consisting of concrete slabs and pre-cast structural columns, CMU, structural steel, casework, hollow metal and wood doors and aluminum windows and storefront, drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. The project will also include all site improvements for vehicle and pedestrian circulation, parking, storm water management, hardscape, landscape, irrigation, utilities, lighting, ad other civil infrastructure to support the school.
