NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has received the petition for declaratory statement from Jon Whitehouse. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of whether Petitioner is required to be licensed by the Division in order to lawfully conduct the activities described in the petition as it applies to the petitioner.
