The Department of Environmental Protection announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Department will be conducting an informational meeting on this date and during this timeframe. The Department’s representatives will provide information regarding the Department’s permitting process pursuant to the Rules for the Prevention of Significant Deterioration of Air Quality (PSD) and the status of Florida Power & Light Company’s application to construct a nominal 1,960 megawatt coal and petroleum coke-fueled power plant northwest of Moore Haven.
