GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This notice amends the notice published April 6, 2007, Vol. 33/14 by including the following: The Commission will go into closed session pursuant to the provisions of Section 286.011(8), F.S., to address issues related to Case #: 53-2007- 001682-0000LK Sec. 04 Citrosuco North America, Inc. and Louis Dreyfus Citrus, Inc., Plaintiffs vs. State of Florida, Florida Department of Citrus, and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Defendants.
