Board of PharmacyThe Board of Pharmacy hereby gives notice that on April 3, 2007, it received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by David Fox, Pharm.D. The petition seeks the Board’s interpretation of Rule 64B16-27.830, Florida Administrative Code, and whether it would be a violation for a pharmacist to develop and write a Prescriber Plan, as described in the petition, to present to a physician for approval to become part of the physician’s medical orders.
