GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Trustees of the State Board of Administration of Florida will consider proposed amendments to the following rule and will be asked for permission to file a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the following rule, and to file this rule, along with the incorporated document, for adoption if no member of the public timely requests a rule hearing: Rule 19-9.001, F.A.C., Investment Policy Statement, which will be amended to adopt the revised Investment Policy Statement, approved by the Trustees effective February 9, 2012, for the Florida Retirement System Investment Plan.
