The purpose of the meeting is to give customers and other interested persons an opportunity to offer comments regarding the quality of service the utility provides, the proposed certificate, the proposed rates and charges, and to ask questions and comment on other issues. One or more of the Commissioners of the Florida Public Service Commission may attend and participate in this meeting.
