    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Issues facing Hillsborough Countys transportation disadvantaged community and their caregivers. The transportation disadvantaged are individuals who, because of age, income, physical or mental disability, are unable to transport themselves. This includes children who are disabled or at high-risk. The TDCB makes recommendations to the Hillsborough MPO on the transportation disadvantaged services throughout the county.
