Notice of Emergency Action
On April 12, 2016, the Interim State Surgeon General issued an Order of Emergency Suspension of Registration with regard to the registration of Jamie-Marie Thompson, R.P.T., Registration # RPT 11776. This Emergency Suspension Order was predicated upon the Interim State Surgeon General’s findings of an immediate and serious danger to the public health, safety and welfare pursuant to Sections 456.073(8) and 120.60(6), Florida Statutes (2015). The Interim State Surgeon General determined that this summary procedure was fair under the circumstances, in that there was no other method available to adequately protect the public.
