Notice of a Competitive Solicitation for State Legislative Lobbying Services
The FWCJUA, a single-line insurer of workers compensation and employers liability coverage in Florida, will issue a competitive solicitation for State Legislative Lobbying Services on April 20, 2018. The FWCJUA is not a state agency; and thus, the competitive solicitation process is not governed by the contracting procedures applicable to state agencies set forth by Florida law.
