NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol.32,No.13, March 31, 2006 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

Corrections to the Notice of Change are needed, as follows:

1. The header should read “DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH”.

2. The proposed rule was published in the March 3, 2006 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.     

The foregoing changes do not affect the substance of the proposed rule.
