NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 30, 2006 Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a Petition for Waiver of subsection 67-48.002(111), and 67-48.004(14), Florida Administrative Code, received a petition for Alabaster Gardens, Ltd (“Petition”). The Petition is seeking a waiver of the Rules to allow a change in the Applicant Entity for Summerset Village Apartments (the “Development”) from Summerset Senior LLC to Summerset Village, LLC. The sole member of the Petitioner, Summerset Senior, LLC, is Summerset Village, LLC.
Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice. To be considered, comments must be received on or before 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the 14th day after publication of this notice at Florida Housing Finance Corporation, 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1329.
