NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida has received the petition for declaratory statement from Statement In Re: Petition for Declaratory Statement, William Bahr, Petitioner, Sea Ranch Club of Boca, Inc.; Docket No. 2006017501.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Sea Ranch Club of Boca Raton, Inc.’s providing access to records on July 6, 2004, to a unit owner who requested those records on June 28, 2004, violated section 718.111(12), Florida Statutes, when the association’s office was closed in observance of the July 4th holiday on Monday, July 5, 2004 as it applies to the petitioner.
