NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 41 No. 34, February 19, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

(2) All grant applicants must meet the requirements set forth in the 2016-2017 2015-2016 guidelines for the General Program Support Guidelines, (hyperlink), effective XX/XXXX which are available from the Division at www.Florida-arts.org and are hereby incorporated by reference:
(a) The General Program Support Program Cultural and Museum Grants Program, http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-03726. pProvides general program support for local arts agencies, state service organizations, and organizations that have general program activity in any of the art and cultural disciplines in Section 265.283(7), F.S.
(b) Specific Cultural Projects Program, http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-03726, (hyperlink) effective XX/XXXX, pProvides funding for arts in education, underserved cultural community development, culture builds Florida, and other nonprofit public or private organizations having specific cultural project activity in any of the arts and cultural disciplines in Section 265.283(7), F.S. Grant administration procedures are also included as part of the guidelines.
