GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Project Description: Public Meeting- Oak Ridge Road Pedestrian/Bicycle Safety Study.

Orange County is conducting a Pedestrian/Bicycle Safety Study along Oak Ridge Road, from Millenia Boulevard to Orange Blossom Trail (US 441), which is approximately 3.0 miles. A major component of this project will be to study the conversion of the corridor to a divided roadway with a raised center median. The purpose of this workshop is to present the findings of the initial data collection, along with observed challenges to pedestrians/bicyclists, and to engage the public to obtain your feedback on strategies for viable pedestrian safety countermeasures.

Orange County encourages you to attend this first public meeting, to be held as part of a community-based evaluation, and provide your input to the project team.
