GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Agency for Health Care Administration will hold its annual Post Award Forum on Florida’s Medicaid for the Aged and Disabled (MEDS-AD) program as required by Part 42 Code of Federal Regulations 431.420. The annual Post Award Forum provides stakeholders with the opportunity to provide meaningful comment on the progress of the MEDS-AD program. The MEDS-AD program operates under the authority of an 1115 waiver approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
