Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of ASME A17.3, Section 3.3.2, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2 Florida Building Code adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), Florida Administrative Code, that requires platform guards which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
