NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from CLP Systems. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Rule 61G20-3.003, F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.
Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether its product is outside the scope of Rule 61G20-3.
