(2) The assistant secretary for health services designates mental health treatment facilities at the following institutions:

(a) Lake Correctional Institution (males);

(b) Suwannee Correctional Institution (males); and

(c) Reception and Medical Center (males); and

(d)(c) Florida Women’s Reception Center (females).
