    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Section 401.24, Florida Statutes requires the Department to develop and revise a comprehensive state plan every five years. The EMS State Plan Summit will provide a forum for planning the continued development of the state’s emergency medical services system in collaboration with the EMS Advisory Council and EMS stakeholders statewide.
