NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 10, 2024, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subparagraph 65C-46.011(8)(a)1., Florida Administrative Code, from Shannon Perryman. Subparagraph 65C-46.011(8)(a)1. requires executive directors hired after July 1, 1987 to have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least three (3) years of experience in management or supervision.
