NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 18, 2010, the Agency for Workforce Innovation, received a petition for Temporary Waiver of paragraph 60BB-8.201(4)(a), F.A.C., which provides requirements for conducting parent orientation sessions for parents registering their children for the VPK program.
