Notice is hereby given that the publication of Warren Henry Infiniti, LLC, d/b/a Warren Henry Infiniti, as a relocation point for an Infiniti vehicles franchise dealership from its current locations at 20895 Northeast 31st Place, Aventura, Florida 33180 and 20800 Northwest 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida 33169, to 14995 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida 33181 in Miami-Dade County by Infiniti Division, Nissan North America, Inc., published in Volume 39, Number 64, of the Florida Administrative Register on April 2, 2013, the relocation of the above dealer is exempt from protest under Section 320.642 (5)(a)(3) of the Florida Statues, pre Mr. Randy Glenn, Dealer Agreements Analyst, Infiniti Dealer Network Development.
