NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Public Service Commission will hear Oral Argument before Commissioner Eduardo E. Balbis, the Prehearing Officer, in the below-referenced docket regarding the issues raised in the Joint Motion of the Parties to Resolve Disputed Case Issues. The issues to be argued include what issues, if any, does the Settlement Agreement, approved by Commission vote on February 22, 2012 and in Order No. PSC-12-0104-FOF-EI, preclude the Commission from determining in this docket. The Prehearing Officer may rule on the joint motion from the bench or may take the matters under advisement. Subsequent to oral argument, scheduling and procedural matters in the docket may be discussed.
