    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Liebl & Barrow, Engineering, Inc. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of section 110.8.6, Florida Building Code, Building, 6th Edition (2017), as it applies to the petitioner.
