NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Nursing has received the petition for declaratory statement from Morgan Kay Morgan on April 11, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection 464.003(18), F.S as it applies to the petitioner.
The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board with regard to whether it is within his scope of practice as a registered nurse as defined in subsection 464.003(18), F.S. to apply synthetic single-use eyelash extensions with semi-permanent adhesive glue that does not contact the eye or eyelid in private office setting for compensation. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
