NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 27, 2014, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Roselle Jardeil Rumbaoa, RPT of Rules 64B17-3.001 and 64B17-3.003 F.A.C., which require applicants for licensure by endorsement to meet certain educational requirements, including that the applicant has received a determination that their educational credentials are deemed equivalent to those of a U.S. educated physical therapist.
