NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 05, 2024, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Thomas Griffin on behalf of Modern Canna, LLC, regarding the requirement in paragraph 5B-57.014(2)(d), F.A.C., for designated laboratories to be registered with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in accordance with 21 CFR 130.13.
