64B19-12.0085: Delinquency Fee
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the rule amendment in order to add a delinquency fee for the limited license and to clarify language concerning delinquency fees for licensees.
SUMMARY: A delinquency fee for a limited license will be added to the rule; language will be clarified regarding delinquency fees for licensees.
SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: No Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost was prepared.
Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.

64B19-12.0085 Delinquency Fee.

If an active or inactive license licensure is not renewed on time, the licensee shall pay a delinquency fee of $400.00.  If a limited license is not renewed on time, the licensee shall pay a delinquency fee of $25.00.
