NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by Thomas Green and Brian Salnek, Petitioners, and Sydney Long, Co-Petitioner, In RE: Hidden Lake Villas Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2008010992 on February 25, 2008.
