NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 14, 2016, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver from Tacolcy Tuscany Cove I, LLC., requesting a Waiver of Rule 67-48.004, F.A.C., and provisions of RFA 2014-103, for a change in applicant name and structure.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org.
