    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The rule amendment updates the massage therapy course of study requirements in order to provide the best education and training experience possible to students of the profession, which will in turn benefit massage clients.

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The rule amendment sets forth the minimum course of study requirements for board approval of massage therapy schools.
