NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 42 No. 17, January 27, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
These changes are being made to address comments expressed by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.

Changes and comments to the incorporated Master Contract, Form No. FPCB 2016-02, Effective ______, include:
1. Confirmation that Section 1.03, which defines the term “Application,” contains the totality of the information sought in the application and conforms with this Rule provision.
2. Adding where appropriate the specific reference to IRS Form 1099-Q.
3. Two revisions to add clarifying language regarding the Board’s ability to amend the Master Contract in order to comply with Federal laws and regulations and the Florida Legislature’s grant of authority.
