SUMMARY: The Department of the Lottery will reschedule the eighteen drawings for the April Retailer Book Activation Promotion, described in Rule 53ER16-17, F.A.C., from Thursday, April 14, 2016 to Wednesday, April 20, 2016. All other provisions set forth in Rule 53ER16-17, F.A.C. will remain in effect.

53ER16-22 Rescheduling of April Retailer Book Activation Promotion Drawings.

(1) Due to technical difficulties, the date of the eighteen drawings for the April Retailer Book Activation Promotion, described in Rule 53ER16-17, F.A.C., is changed from Thursday, April 14, 2016 to Wednesday, April 20, 2016.

(2) Except as provided in subsections (1) above, all other provisions set forth in Rule 53ER16-17, F.A.C. shall remain in effect.
