NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 17, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from Cocoa Housing Preservation II, LLC, INC requesting a waiver of Rule 67-60.002 F.A.C, and provisions of RFA 2015-111 for a change in Application Structure and Developer.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org.
