The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is requesting competitive bids for the purchase, delivery and unloading of Florida Department of Transportation specification grade drainage construction materials to be delivered to the Florida Public Safety Institute, 75 College Drive, Havana, Florida. Installation (contractor labor) is not a requirement of this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
