Notice of Opportunity for a Public Hearing
The Florida Department of Transportation announces an opportunity for a public hearing. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by FDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. § 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016, and executed by FHWA and FDOT.
PURPOSE: Notice is hereby given that interested persons may request a location and design concept public hearing for: Project Name: Rehabilitation or Replacement of Bridge #157117
Type of Project: Design
Project Limits: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St (9th St) From 6th Ave S to 7th Ave S
City/Town/County: St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida
This Project Includes: Evaluating alternatives for the rehabilitation or replacement of the MLK Bridge over Booker Creek.
Persons interested in requesting a location and design concept public hearing should submit a request in writing to:

The request should be postmarked no more than 15 days following the publication of this notice.
