NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 05, 2024, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, received a petition for variance from Marine Turtle Permits (68E-1.004, Florida Administrative Code).
Petitioner’s Name: Panama City Beach Turtle Watch
The petition seeks a variance allowing sea turtle nests to be moved for conservation purposes by a Qualified Individual on the permit having less than 25 hours of relocation experience within the past 5 years.
