    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To implement the decision of the Florida Supreme Court which held the revocation initiative petition process unconstitutional. Supervisors of Elections and the Division of Elections will no longer determine if voters had revoked their signatures before verifying and certifying initiative petitions.
