    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The focus of this workshop is to discuss current requirements for the operation of fox and/or coyote enclosures in Florida. The workshop will explore the development of additional requirements pertaining to the use of dogs for pursuing fox and/or coyote within a fenced area of land. The issues include, but are not limited to: Defining “enclosure” and addressing size/land area requirement for such enclosures, humane treatment standards, fair chase standards, and mitigation factors to address potential for disease transmission.
