    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 22, 2013, the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Jeremy Earl.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rule 61G4-15.033 as it applies to the petitioner.
