NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 28, 2014, the Florida Department of Health received a petition for Emergency Temporary Variance from or Waiver of Portions of Rule 64J-2.012, Florida Administrative Code, from Osceola Regional Hospital, Inc., in order to modify the application content and timing requirements for its trauma center application filed on or before April 1, 2014.
