    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Mark D. Friedman, Esq., In Re: The Marina at the Bluffs Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2014011691, filed on March 19, 2014. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of paragraph 718.113(2)(c), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    What vote is required for a material alteration to the real property of The Marina at the Bluffs Condominium Association, Inc., where some of the declarations of condominium within the multicondominium require a vote of one-half the members and the rest of the declarations of condominium require only a vote of the board of directors under paragraph 718.113(2)(c), Florida Statutes.
